Abstract Submission:

Authors are invited to submit a short paper of unpublished research through the conference paper submission system by February 28, 2025. The abstract can be up to 3 page (2 pages for content, and if needed, a 3rd page for references). The short paper will be peer-reviewed and the notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to the author(s) within two weeks after submission. The template for short papers, information about submission, and information about registration are on the conference website.
Details will be posted on the website and emailed as available. All short papers will be archived electronically and made available to conference attendees.
The decision will be made not later than March 15, 2025.

IOS Press has instructions and tools for book authors on how to prepare and submit a camera-ready manuscript in MS Word or LaTeX. Please read the instructions carefully. Please limit the papers to 6 pages only (strictly enforced).
Selected authors will be invited to submit full papers to special issues in Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation(NDT&E) or International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics(IJAEM). If selected, full papers will be due by September 30, 2025.
